BuddyLabs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Breathe mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Usage Data: We collect data about your breathing sessions, including duration, patterns used, and session frequency. This data is used to provide personalized insights and track your progress.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.

Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat.

• To manage your account and subscription
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the App and develop new features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using PocketBase on servers located in Europe. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — subscription management (Privacy Policy)
• Expo / EAS — app updates and build infrastructure
• Apple / Google — in-app purchase processing

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
