These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Breathe mobile application ("App") operated by BuddyLabs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides guided breathing exercises for relaxation and wellness purposes. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Free Plan: Provides access to basic breathing patterns and the Ocean soundscape.
Premium Plan: Provides access to all breathing patterns, soundscapes, themes, and advanced insights. Available as:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
All content in the App — including designs, audio, animations, text, and code — is owned by BuddyLabs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuddyLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. This will permanently delete all your personal data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device's subscription settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BuddyLabs operates.
